Is it required to be a Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) to apply to the Dental Hygiene program?

Being a CDA is not required to apply to the Dental Hygiene program. However, we give up to 10 points to applicants who have their CODA CDA or a minimum of 1 year documented work experience in a dental setting.
