How do I get my “Alaska Permanent Fund Dividend – Tuition Verification Form” processed by PCC (as Alaska won’t accept the Certificate of Enrollment that is available on the web site)?

PCC will process Alaska PFD forms. These forms require verification of tuition paid and residency information, in addition to enrollment verification dates.)
