Can I transfer credits from a different school to PCC?
Updated October 21, 2022
Yes.? First, order an official?copy of your transcript from any other college or university you attended. An unofficial copy is fine for initial advising purposes, but an official, sealed copy will be required eventually and should be sent to the PCC?address?below?as soon as possible.

Second, once we have received the official transcript, you can quickly and easily request that your transcript from other schools be evaluated by following these easy steps:
- Log into the MyPCC.
- On the Quick Links channel, click Transfer Credit Evaluation.
Schedule a time to meet with a PCC advisor and bring your unofficial transcripts with you. The advisor will be able to give you an idea of how your credits will transfer so that you can register and plan courses while your Transfer Credit Evaluation is being completed. If the advisor is uncertain about how a course will transfer, they will contact the Student Records office for assistance. If you are in a Career/Technical Education program (e.g. Welding, Nursing, Computer Information Systems, etc.) you should meet with a faculty advisor in that department.
