Can I use the results from a placement test I took at a different community college and not have to take another placement test all over again?

PCC can give students appropriate placement based on either the ALEKS or ACCUPLACER test scores. If the scores that you have are from either of these tests, then PCC asks that you bring a copy so they can be evaluated. The test scores would have to be less than three years old in order for PCC to consider them. If the test you took is a different one, or if the results are too old, you will need to take our placement test to determine an appropriate placement.
If you have taken the SAT or ACT tests, we may be able to use your results for placement in PCC classes. bring a copy of your scores to one of the testing centers to have your scores evaluated.
