If I provide a social security number now, can you send me a 1098-T for the prior tax year?

No. PCC generates and files the IRS form 1098-T based on information available by the end of the tax year requested. Consult your tax advisor or IRS Publication 970?to see if you can claim a tax credit for tuition and fees not reported by PCC.
