If the college delays opening and the opening time falls in the middle of my class session, do I need to attend the class?

Your class will be cancelled if the college opens later than the start time of your class.
For example, if the college delays opening until 12:00 noon, but you have an 11:00-1:00 class, you will not need to attend because the class was cancelled for that day.
