What do I do if I feel that I am being discriminated against or harassed by a college employee or fellow student?

If you feel you might have been a victim of discrimination or harassment because of your race, color, religion, national origin, sex, marital status, disability, veteran status, age, sexual orientation, or any other status protected by federal, state, or local law in any area, activity or operation of the College we would encourage you to file a complaint with the Office of Equity and Inclusion. Use the Public Incident Report or call the Equity Investigator at 971-722-5846.

If you have witnessed or are the victim of a hate crime (a hate crime is any criminal act where a biased motive is a clear contributing factor) contact public safety at:
