Updated October 20, 2022

Yes. PCC has a 9-month MRI Technologist Training Certificate that begins every fall term. Applicants are accepted during spring and summer term.

Applicants must be a Registered Radiologic Technologist, Ultrasound Technologist, Nuclear Medicine Technologist or Radiation Therapy Technologist by program start. Radiography students who will be registry eligible may apply-but must be Registered before the beginning of the MRI program. Visit the MRI web page for more details.

Upon completion of PCC’s MRI Technologist Training Program, you will possess the skills and training required to meet national standards, making you eligible to sit for the AART MRI certification exam.
