When I try to access some portions of MyPCC (mail/calendar, grades/transcripts, etc) I am asked for a PIN. What is that?

If you are using MyPCC and are asked for a PIN, you have encountered a bug in the MyPCC software (PCC does not use PIN’s). Log out of MyPCC, wait a minute or two and log back in. You should now be able to access the various portions of MyPCC without getting this error. If you try logging out and back in three times without the problem going away, contact the PCC HelpDesk at 971-722-4400.
