When I try to access some portions of MyPCC (mail/calendar, grades/transcripts, etc) I get an error message “cpip notification:unable to create external user id”. What is that?

If you are using MyPCC and get this error message, you may have encountered a bug in the MyPCC software. Log out of MyPCC, wait a minute or two and log back in. You should now be able to access the various portions of MyPCC without getting this error. If you try logging out and back in?three times without the problem going away, contact the PCC HelpDesk at 971-722-4400.
