How do I login to MyPCC for the first time?

Here’s how to log into MyPCC the first time.

  1. Go to pcc.edu.
  2. Click on MyPCC in the top right.
  3. Click on First Time User, below the password field.
  4. Enter your MyPCC username. If you don’t know your MyPCC username, click on the link Look up your username. You will be asked three (3) questions.? Type them in. You MUST know these things to continue.
    • Your G Number (your Student ID number)
    • Your Date of Birth
    • Your Zip Code
  5. Click Submit.
  6. Your User Name is shown. Write it down.
  7. Next, click on the link Set up your account.
  8. Enter your username and click Next.
  9. You will receive a message that an account setup code was sent to your email address. If you have a personal email on file, e.g gmail, hotmail, yahoo etc.
  10. If you don’t have an email on file or the email is obsolete, contact the Student Help Desk at 971-722-8222.
  11. Copy the setup code and click on the link from the message. Enter your username and paste the setup code. Click Next.
  12. The Terms & Conditions page is displayed. Click the check box to agree, and Next.
  13. Enter information for password reset help messages. ?Enter one or both of these and click Next.
    • email (can’t be your PCC email address)
    • cell number and provider if you have one
  14. Choose from a list of questions you can answer to get access to your account if you need it.? There are ten questions to choose from (you can’t make up your own) and you need to answer three different questions.? Click Next when completed.
  15. Finally – the screen you’ve been waiting for – create your password. The password requirements are strict. Click Next when done.
    • Your MyPCC password must include at least 9 characters, including 1 uppercase letter, 1 lowercase letter, and either 1 number or 1 special character (!@#$^&). Don’t use any part of your name or MyPCC username.
  16. Now you can use MyPCC, which provides student access to email, course registration, degree/major confirmation, and other student services.

The next time you log into MyPCC, use your User Name and new Password.
