What is GRAD Plan?
Updated October 26, 2022
GRAD Plan (Graduation Requirements and Academic Decisions Plan) is a web based tool to help students and advisors monitor a student’s progress toward degree completion. GRAD Plan combines PCC’s degree requirements and completed coursework with an easy-to-read worksheet to help students see how completed courses count toward degree requirements. Students can also see courses and requirements still needed to graduate.
Currently enrolled PCC credit students can access GRAD Plan from MyPCC under the My Courses tab.
Important! GRAD Plan includes UNOFFICIAL information that may be used for academic planning. It is not an official transcript, nor is it official notification of program completion. It is highly recommended that students contact an Academic or Program Advisor to review their GRAD Plan.
GRAD Plan helps students:
- identify courses needed to complete a degree
- see completed courses applied to one’s major
- see courses that do not count toward one’s major
- view the grades, transfer credits, or waivers applied to a student transcript
- confirm grade-point average (GPA)
- find out, before officially changing one’s degree or major, how the courses completed meet the new degree requirements
- estimate how many terms it will take to graduate
- select the right courses for the next term
If you have questions regarding the information or course recommendations you see in GRAD Plan, contact an academic advisor.
