The bookstore says I haven’t authorized them to use my financial aid. How do I authorize them?

This is a common response when the bookstore does not have information that allows you to charge books. It means you haven’t met all of the eligibility requirements to charge books or that you just met the requirements today. Once you meet all of the eligibility requirements, you should be approved to charge books the following business day.
