What do I have to do if I have been selected for verification?

If you have been selected for verification, you will be required to submit documentation to verify some of the information you entered on your FAFSA. The specific requirements vary from student to student depending on your situation. ?You will be notified in MyPCC email and through the Financial Aid Dashboard of exactly what documentation will be needed. ?To access the Financial Aid Dashboard:

  1. Go to the MyPCC, click the Paying for College tab.
  2. View outstanding requirements. They will display as red flags in the Clipboard icon in the Financial Aid Dashboard.

Please note: It may take some time for requirements to appear. We strongly recommend you check the Financial Aid Dashboard regularly.

Occasionally, there are additional requirements posted under the Clipboard icon, even when the green check-mark is visible. You should check often for changes and updates to your information.
