Why didn’t I get a 1098-T form?

If you did not receive an IRS Form?1098-T, it is for one the following reasons.
- You were not enrolled in credit courses.
- You did not earn credit for credit courses that you may have been enrolled in.
- Your payment was received during another tax year.
- Your?1098-T was issued electronically and you were expecting to receive it by mail.
