What if I receive more Americorp funds than I need to meet basic college costs?

If you receive more funds than you are charged by the college for tuition and fees, you may receive the excess amount to assist you in meeting living, transportation, book, supply, or miscellaneous expenses. The excess funds are sent electronically, so it is important to set up your MyRefunds option before the term begins.

To sign up for MyRefunds:

  1. Log in to MyPCC. Click the Paying for College tab.
  2. Click Manage MyRefunds in the Financial Aid channel
  3. Select a new Refund Disbursement Method of:
    • Choose how you want to receive your money.
