I never received a bill from PCC. What happened?

PCC sends e-bills to all students who register before the 2nd week of term.? If you didn’t receive an e-bill, it could be that you registered late or didn’t have any charges to bill at the time that we ran our billing cycle.? To access your e-bill:

  1. Go to the?MyPCC.? Click the Paying for College tab.
  2. Click PCC-Pay.
  3. Click your latest eBill Statement.
  4. If you need a prior eBill, select the date from the drop down menu on the Statements page
  5. If the billing statement is not available, contact Student Accounts?Services?to request your bill.

If you moved, you may not have changed the address you have on file with PCC.?To view/verify your address:

  1. Go to?MyPCC
  2. Click?My Records?in the Quick Links channel on the home tab.
  3. Click Personal Information.
  4. Click?Addresses and Phones.

If you need to update the address on file,?contact the?Registration department.
