Thank you for your interest in joining the PCC Career Pathways and STEP program. This form is for prospective students interested in the program. This is a support service for students who are seeking ABE/GED/ESOL, short term training, and career technical education certificates and degrees. The services we provide include one-on-one coaching, resume & portfolio development, career planning and? college support. And depending on your field of study you may be eligible for funding. Our STEP program serves students who are currently receiving SNAP benefits.

After you complete this form, our team will contact you to meet with a PCC Career Pathways & STEP coach to determine if the program is a good fit for you.

To file a program discrimination complaint, a Complainant should complete a Form AD-3027, USDA Program Discrimination Complaint Form which can be obtained online (USDA Program Discrimination Complaint Form), from any USDA office, by calling (833) 620-1071, or by writing a letter addressed to USDA. The letter must contain the complainant’s name, address, telephone number, and a written description of the alleged discriminatory action in sufficient detail to inform the Assistant Secretary for Civil Rights (ASCR) about the nature and date of an alleged civil rights violation. The completed AD-3027 form or letter must be submitted to:
