Course Description
Intended Outcomes for the course
Upon completion of the course students will be able to:
- Use Microsoft Outlook functions to communicate in a personal and/or business environment.
- Apply critical thinking skills to maximize productivity in MIcrosoft Outlook.
Outcome Assessment Strategies
This is a Pass/No Pass course. Evaluation will be issued for this
course based upon:
• Completion of all assignments.
• Completion of project(s) developed individually or as part of a
group.
• May also include objective examinations or other assessment
methods.
