Course Description

Provides information about test anxiety and strategies to help overcome barriers to effective test taking to improve overall test performance. Audit available.

Intended Outcomes for the course

Upon completion of the course students will be able to:

  1. Assess and analyze the symptoms, causes, and effects of test anxiety.
  2. Employ study and test taking strategies that contribute to anxiety reduction.
  3. Utilize anxiety reduction techniques during tests.
