Course Description
Intended Outcomes for the course
A. Interpret and relay to others the fundamental concepts of basic kinesiology and biomechanical principles.
B. Explain the synergistic relationship between the appendicular and axial skeletal systems, joints and muscles to clients.
C. Analyze sports and fitness activities to determine the anatomical joint actions, the muscle contractions required, and the mechanical principles related to the
execution of those specific motor skills.
