Course Description
Intended Outcomes for the course
Upon completion of the course students should be able to:

Discuss appropriate logistics, terminology, and roles for a given setting in the field of interpreting.

Identify appropriate skills and qualifications necessary for interpreters working in these settings.

Identify varying consumer needs and perspectives in a given scenario.

Apply the professional code of ethics to given scenarios.

Explore current research impacting the field of interpreting.
