Course Description

Incorporates retrieval and creation of computer-based documents used in civil and/or construction projects. Includes the application of Real Time Kinematic (RTK) and base station supported Global Navigation Satellite Systems (GNSS) for surveying. Prerequisites: CCET 210 or ENGR 226. Audit available.

Intended Outcomes for the course

Upon completion of the course students should be able to:

  1. Transfer field data into electronic drawings and databases.
  2. Create survey documents.
  3. Apply GNSS for surveying.
