Course Description
Continues to develop the practical and verbal skills needed for self-defense in threatening situations. Further develops criminal and survival psychology as well as environmental awareness, verbal and physical defense, vital point striking, ground escape tactics, weapon and knife defense. Recommended: PE 162Q or prior knowledge of self defense. Audit available.

Students must provide their own hand wraps and gloves.
Intended Outcomes for the course
Upon completion of this course students should be able to:

- Demonstrate intermediate/advanced strategies to prevent attacks.
- 欧洲杯决赛竞猜app_欧洲杯足球网-投注|官网 additional danger awareness, boundary establishment, and mental preparedness strategies for controlling adrenaline and fear.
- Break away from attacks using combined striking (knee, elbow), defense, escapes, clinching and grappling (guard, cross side, mount control), and other techniques.

Continue to develop tactics and strategies of self-defense in preventing and surviving assaults.
