CBL will be accepting Faculty Cohort Applications through Friday, November 13, 2015!
Faculty, are you ready to be inspired? Before you read any further,?watch this YouTube Video of Humans of SE, a CBL project for PSY 101 taught by Ken Kraska (2014-2015 CBL Faculty Cohort Member).
The reflections highlighted in the video demonstrate how community-based learning increases understanding of course content, encourages critical thinking, and promotes understanding of diversity. These are just a few of the student outcomes that are enhanced through CBL. Through participation in the CBL Faculty Cohort, you will receive training and guidance on how to achieve these key outcomes using the high impact practice of community-based learning. Visit the?Cohort page?for a full description of the CBL Faculty Cohort and session dates.
Cohort members will:
- receive a $300 stipend for their time and work during the cohort
