SOLVE: Get your hands dirty with SOLVE every Saturday!
Posted by Madison Omohundro
Let’s get together to make sure leaves are the only thing littering the ground this fall!
Lend a hand at a local litter cleanup, or help restore our natural areas by joining an invasive plant removal or native planting project near you!
SOLVE events are a fun, easy way to improve the community and natural areas, meet your neighbors, and spend quality time outdoors with family and friends. Best of all our projects are family-friendly, open to all, and no experience is necessary. Our volunteer leaders bring the tools and the plan, but we need you to make it work!
Mark your Calendar for Family Volunteer Day on November 18! The holiday season is fast approaching and we’re kicking it off with Family Volunteer Day, check our calendar for local events to join.

About the Organization
SOLVE is a state-wide non-profit organization that takes action every day to keep Oregon clean and green. We mobilize over 35,000 volunteers and organize over 1,000 cleanup and restoration projects throughout the state.
About the Volunteer Opportunities Newsletter
The Volunteer Opportunities Newsletter allows students, faculty, and staff at PCC a more comprehensive look at volunteer needs and opportunities from our community partners. Our hope is that the newsletter will allow subscribers to stay better informed about community service opportunities in the tri-county areas of Portland, Oregon, as well as non-profit internships and scholarships available locally and nationally.
