1-on-1 baking coaching
Are you looking for support with your baking? Do you have questions about how to perfect a particular recipe or baking genre? Do you want to become a better baker? Working 1-on-1 with an experienced baking instructor can help you meet your goals. These are support sessions, not demonstrations.
- 1-on-1 baking coaching: Whether you’re new to baking or a seasoned home baker, individualized sessions can support your baking journey. With your coach, you’ll explore recipes, learn and refine baking techniques, and get your baking-related questions answered.
- 1-on-1 recipe coaching: Do you want to recreate a dessert baked by a late relative or friend? Are you trying to decipher or organize old family recipes? With your coach, you’ll research recipes, so you can test, make, and preserve your favorite bakes.
Program details
- Review the instructor bio class details to select and register for a package.
- Sessions are 50 minutes and Elizebett will contact you by the first week of the term to schedule your sessions. Use your sessions within the term; no refunds for unused sessions. Individual sessions must be canceled with Elizebett 24 hours in advance; otherwise, the session is counted against your package total. You must be registered before participating in a session.
Refund and drop policy
If you want to drop, you must do so online in MyPCC within six calendar days after the start of the term. No drops or refunds on partially used coaching packages. Learn more about?dropping a class.

Elizebett is an experienced home baker, instructor, and recipe creator. Her goal is to meet students wherever they are, help expand their baking skills, and find joy in the kitchen. She loves that baking is the intersection of science, history, culture, connection, ongoing learning – and great food, of course!
