This photograph was created for a portraiture assignment. The model is my fiancé and I wanted to capture him in a fashion/editorial way. This was something outside of his comfort zone, but he trusted that I would create something he would enjoy seeing. For this piece, I wanted to focus on contrast and textures. The faux fur helped my model to “pop” from the background even in this black and white photo.
