Paige Stigen | “Perspective One”

There is a road down the middle of the page going into a horizon about mid way. There are telephone poles that line the road, it seems to be a road through a desert, the road seems to be going into the sun. The clouds are white pastel, the sky is light blue pastel, the black in the outline of the road and the telephone poles in this are micron pen, everything else is watercolor. There is blue, purple, yellow, orange, red as most prominent.

First attempt at focusing on the first perspective for my Drawing 1 class. I was inspired by a vinyl album cover which has this very color-blocky retro-ish style and it is a road with telephone poles along the way with huge clouds and a huge sun and it was very exciting to make because of this big color-ness.

This is the pink squirrel character named Peanut from Animal Crossing on the Nintendo Switch, she is standing in front of her house, the sign in front of the house says "Peanut". She is wearing a green and orange striped dress. There is green grass in the foreground and green trees in the background. The house is a collective of browns. The sky is blue. The door to the house is red. There is a paw print hung wood cookie on the door for decoration.

There is a large bold capitol "P" in the center of a white piece of paper. Within the "P" there are patterns similar to patterns found in Islamic and Christian and British Isles texts from the Middle Ages. There are also multiple different flowers or plant life drawn within and about the giant "P". There are many colors (Black, yellow, green, red, blue, pink, orange).
