When tasked with a perspective drawing, I thought that nothing would be more appropriate than a breakdown of the bedrooms of my life. No matter where I find myself in life, my bedroom is a reflection of the sum of my experiences, my perspective. My name (Kila) is Swahili so I chose to incorporate the phrase Karibu Nyumbani, or welcome home in Swahili. The piece uses both one and two-point perspective.
