This drawing is one part of a series for my Drawing 2 class, with the prompt for the set being "Record". Using a graphite pencil, I made a loose gesture sketch of the scene. Then, using a charcoal pencil to block in the shapes, with a focus on perspective and value, I did my best to capture the sense of a moment in movement. If no one sees it, is it recorded?- in keeping with the prompt.
