People Strategy, Equity and Culture Mission
Ensuring equity in all we do, the People Strategy, Equity, and Culture (PSEC) division serves the employees of Portland Community College throughout their work experience. Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
HRIS creates and activates employee job records in Banner, terminates job records, and processes employees’ authorization for payment forms.
