Workshop – Resilience: How to Overcome Anxiety, Boost Energy, and Flow Through Life’s Unavoidable Stressors

POD will be hosting an employee wellness workshop this fall facilitated by Dr. Satya Sardonicus. Titled Resilience: How to Overcome Anxiety, Boost Energy, and Flow Through Life’s Unavoidable Stressors, this workshop is designed for high performers struggling with exhaustion and burnout.
Attendees will learn:
- Brain hacks to overcome brain fog and boost your creative problem-solving mindset
- How to not be triggered by stress so easily, recover faster when overwhelmed, and stand out from the crowd with a calm, clear, and happy-by-default baseline (ideal for teamwork)
- Quick + simple exercises to reduce stress and improve productivity (that you can do at your desk)

About the Facilitator:
Dr. Satya Sardonicus is a teacher, clinician, coach, and professional speaker, and the founder of Chrysalis Studio PDX in Portland, Oregon where she specializes in sensory processing, chronic stress, and trauma.
Dr. Satya brings a unique perspective of the healing process; her deeply personal experience with trauma and chronic illness inspired her to innovate treatment strategies and programs that promote sustainable healing and less reliance on outside providers.
A second-generation chiropractor in a family full of holistic providers, Dr. Satya is actively informed by a passion for neuroscience, biotensegrity + fascia, and a vitalistic philosophy.
