Join your colleagues as our community comes together to create a Culture of Care for an outstanding year.

Dr. Bennings will deliver the State of the College Address, her vision, the college’s achievements and future plans.

Event schedule
  • Tabling in CC Bldg. Cafeteria, 8 to 9:30am and 11:30am to 1pm
  • Breakfast in the Upper CC Mall 8 to 9:30am
  • Check-in, 8 to 9:30 a.m. in HT 203 and 204. Check-in required to receive t-shirt (while supplies last) and lunch voucher
  • In-Service Program, 9:30 to 11:30am (doors open at 9am)
  • Lunch will be food trucks from 11:30am to 1pm (seating in the PAC Courtyard or Upper CC Mall). Be sure to check in before the program to get your lunch voucher.
  • Community Sessions, 1 to 4pm (Tuesday 9 to 3pm; various campuses/centers)
Keynote speaker: Dr. Tia Brown McNair

Dr. Tia McNairDr. Tia McNair is the Vice President for Diversity, Equity and Student Success and Executive Director for TRHT Campus Centers, American Association of Colleges and Universities.

Dr. McNair will deliver a keynote address around cultivating a Culture of CARE through an equity lens, emphasizing Compassion, Accessibility, Respect and Empowerment. This event is a cornerstone for PCC, aligning our employee community with our strategic vision and mission.

Networking opportunities

  • Broaden your professional connections by engaging with colleagues from departments and divisions across the college.
  • This year, the program will focus on the in-person community, and the importance of fostering connections across the college. We’ve taken several steps this year, to ensure in-person attendance is as accessible and inclusive as possible.

Additional information

  • Check-in prior to the program will be required to receive a t-shirt (while supplies last) and a lunch voucher. Check-in opens at 8am in HT 203 and 204.
  • PCC shuttles will be available from each campus, leaving at 7am and returning to Cascade, Southeast, and Rock Creek at 1pm and 4:15pm. RSVP if you plan to ride the shuttle.
  • Be sure to visit the Culture of Care wall at the entrance to the HT building and leave encouraging notes for colleagues.
  • Free parking on all campuses!

Captioning and ASL will be provided during the in-service program.
