Promotional Items and Swag

Welcome to your swag ordering guide! Whether you want to have an impact on potential students or rep PCC at an event, you¡¯ll find all the information you need below to purchase your own promotional items.

While departments are welcome to order any swag items that suit their needs, you¡¯ll find some pre-selected, brand-approved designs below to make your search easier.

Four options for ordering swag:

1. Choose from the pre-selected items on this page, and order directly with the vendors. Marketing will provide you with the artwork. See the ¡°Ordering Instructions¡± section below for more info.
2. Contact the PCC Print Center to order custom items.
3. Order ready-to-ship items through the PCC Central Distribution Storeroom. Items are pre-printed and brand approved.
4. Research and purchase items through your preferred vendor.

Artwork for the items listed above are final. Adjustments or customization cannot be made. However, items printed with only a PCC logo can be swapped out for a department-specific logo, if preferred.

Ordering Instructions

PCC departments are required to research, order and pay for their own promotional items and swag. Marketing can provide artwork to send to the vendor. Each vendor may have a different ordering process, but this is a sample of how the ordering process may work.

 

1. Choose your item

   Research your item by viewing the website or contacting the vendor directly. Determine what you will purchase (items, quantity, budget).

2. Download artwork or logo

   Download a zip file of the PCC logo or artwork from above, or use your brand-approved department logo. Contact the Marketing Department if you need a department-specific logo.

3. Submit order

   Submit your order and the artwork/logo zip file to the vendor.

4. Review proof

   The vendor should send you a proof of what your logo or artwork looks like on the item. Review and approve.

5. Pay vendor

   Pay for your purchase and verify the delivery instructions.

If you need something different or more specific, feel free to search for additional items through the preferred vendors below or other swag vendors online. Most vendors will follow the same ordering instructions above.

If you find an item that requires specific artwork (more than a logo), the Marketing department can help you create a design. Before you fill out the form below, please gather these product specifications from the vendor:

• Link to item (or photo of item)
• Item color
• Ink color
• Item dimensions
• Print-area dimensions
• Vendor preferred file type (Example: EPS, Adobe Illustrator, PDF)
• Printing limitations (if any)
