PCC Nursing Program Alumni to Aid Oregon Food Bank

Photos and story by

Alumni of the Portland Community College Nursing program will be knocking on doors in Tualatin neighborhoods and asking for food on Saturday, Feb. 6 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., all in the name of the Oregon Food Bank.

Former students will reconnect with old classmates and meet some like-minded new friends while helping stock the cupboards of the Oregon Food Bank.

Food drive organizers encourage PCC nursing alumni to call Nursing instructor Teri Mills to join the effort. To become a part of the food drive, or to receive more information, call Mills at 977-4057.
