Learn to Cope With Grief and Loss

PORTLAND – Ways of coping with grief and loss will be explored in a three-week, non-credit course being offered this fall by Portland Community College.Grief, Bereavement and Loss will meet from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Wednesdays, Oct. 11-25, in room A12 at Cedar Park Middle School, 11100 S.W. Parkway St. Cost is $20.Participants will learn the latest information on ways people may react to grief and loss over the course of a lifetime, including the differences between men and women.
