PCC Offers Free Survival English and Creativity in Watercolor

ST. HELENS – A free course for non-native English speakers will be offered this fall by Portland Community College. Survival English, a Level I non-credit course, will meet from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesdays and Thursdays, Sept. 26 through Dec. 14, at Lewis and Clark Elementary School, 1051 Columbia Blvd. Registration and testing will be held on the first night of class. HELENS – A watercolor basics course being offered this fall by Portland Community College will help would-be artists overcome their fears and indulge their creativity. The non-credit Watercolor All Levels will meet from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. Tuesdays, Sept. 26 through Nov. 28, in room C60 at St. Helens High School, 2375 Gable Road. Cost for the course is $92.50.
