PCC Offers Microsoft .NET Seminars

BEAVERTON/PORTLAND, Ore. – PCC’s Computer Education Program brings a fast-paced tour of Microsoft .NET technologies, designed from a developer’s perspective, to interested individuals. Software developers need to know what all the hype is about – how these Microsoft technologies will impact their career. From next-generation mobile applications to Web services, this three-hour interactive class, .NET Seminar, will cover technical basics and practical applications, and include the following topics: an overview of Microsoft .NET, building the next generation of Web applications, accessing data and delivering services, and mobile applications development. The course cost is $20 and will be held at two convenient times and locations -on Thursday, Sept. 12, from 6 to 9 p.m. at the PCC Workforce Training Center at the Capital Center, 18624 N.W. Walker Road, room 1508; and on Tuesday, Sept. 17, 6 to 9 p.m., at the Central Portland Workforce Training Center (near OMSI), 1626 S.E. Water Ave., in room 104.
