Union and PCC leadership come together to ratify agreements

At the Portland Community College Board of Directors’ retreat on Friday, August 26, chair Jim Harper, District?President Preston Pulliams and the college’s union leaders signed their respective collective bargaining agreements. Both union contracts are for the next four years and expire in 2015. At the board retreat, union leaders joined the college board in a signing ceremony during a break in the day’s schedule.
