Students to put on free Community Health Screening Fair

PCC’s Medical Assisting Program will host a free Community Health Screening event at Willow Creek Center from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., Thursday, Aug. 8.

PCC’s Medical Assisting Program will host a free Community Health Screening event at Willow Creek Center from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., Thursday, Aug. 8. Student will be performing blood pressure tests, take pulse, height and weight readings, conduct near, distant and color vision screenings and hearing tests. In addition, there will be student created health educational handouts available.

Community partners include: Beaverton Community Health Center, Tualatin Hills Park & Recreation District and the American Diabetes Association. There will be raffle prizes donated by New Seasons Market.

Willow Creek is accessible via Max Blue Line train.
