Photos and story by James Hill
Have a short story you’ve written that you’d like to see published? Written some poems that others might appreciate reading? Drawn some interesting images?
The student editors of Alembic literary magazine are seeking submissions from PCC students and staff. Items selected for publication will appear in the winter issue of Alembic that is due out in March. Deadline to submit works is Saturday, Feb. 15.
Send your original, unpublished fiction, poems, graphic art, photos, and nonfiction to: alembic.submittable.com/submit, or alembic@pcc.edu.
Alembic is a literary and arts magazine sponsored by the Creative Writing Program at the Sylvania Campus. It appears twice a year – at the end of winter and spring terms. It aims to highlight the creative work of PCC students like stories, poems, drawings, photographs, paintings, and other artworks. Although 80 percent of Alembic is devoted to student work, 20 percent of each issue is reserved for non-student work, which can include faculty, staff, and community members.
