Two Items: PCC Classes Help with Sleep, Life Patterns

PCC Can Help Turn those Hard Days Nights into Easy OnesFor people who have a hard time sleeping or finding enough time to sleep, Portland Community College has a class that will help them get that all-important nap time. The non-credit class, Optimizing Sleep, will go from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. every Thursday between June 28 and July 12 in room 321 of the HT Building at the Sylvania Campus, located at 12000 S.W. 49th Ave.The three-week course will not only teach people how to get a good night’s sleep, but the causes of their sleep problems and how to improve their sleep. Instructor Sherry Duwe will instruct students on how to receive a sleep evaluation and a personalized strategy plan that will help them in their venture to sleep well again. The cost is $18.Experience Enneagram and Experience your Life PatternWhat’s your life pattern? Don’t know? Then register for a unique PCC class, Experiencing Enneagram. Instructor Marilyn MacGregor will help people establish their enneagram in this non-credit class, which will be from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday, June 30 in room 205 of the SC Building on the Sylvania Campus. An enneagram provides clear and focused insight into the ways we pattern our lives, and gives ways to examine and proceed with change in our lives, providing tools and directions for breaking free of unhealthy patterns.
