Mothers and Daughters Invited to Travel Europe with PCC

LAKE OSWEGO, Ore. – Paris and Italy are the travel designations of two upcoming European trips for mothers and daughters sponsored by Portland Community College. A free informational session, non-credit, on the trips will be held from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 8 at Lake Oswego Junior High School, 2500 S.W. Country Club Road. Although slated for mothers and daughters, the spring break trips are designed for women who want to travel together, whether they are mothers and daughters, grandmothers, aunts or simply friends. Italy for Mothers and Daughters, scheduled March 23-31, will feature stops in Venice and Florence. The cost of the trip is $1,899. Paris for Mothers and Daughters is scheduled March 23-30 at a cost of $1,549. Cost includes airfare from Portland, accommodations, and some meals and activities.
