Copier IDs and shared networked devices

Looking to save time, space, and your department’s resources? Consider using a shared networked copier, available throughout the district. In addition to making copies, these devices can be used to scan to USB, scan to email, and printed to from computer workstations. Shared networked copiers can be used by PCC staff and faculty via their Copier ID, which charges directly to their department’s FOAP account.

Copier IDs

To use the networked Xerox devices, you will need a Copier ID that is linked to your department’s FOAP account.

Shared networked copiers

Find a shared networked copier near your, and use your Copier ID to log in. Prints and copies will be charged to your department’s FOAP account. Scanning to USB or email is free, but still requires your Copier ID to log in to the device.
