Sylvania drop-in fitness hours
Fall 2024 open weight room hours
We will be offering open weight room hours for currently enrolled PCC students, faculty, and staff.
- Monday/Wednesday/Friday, 6 – 8am (morning)
- Monday/Wednesday, 11am – 1pm (mid-day)
- Tuesday/Thursday, 10:30am- 1:30pm (mid-day)
- Monday-Thursday, 4 – 6pm (evening)
These hours are subject to change at any time.
Location
The Fitness Center is located on the first floor of the HT building, in room HT 125.
What is needed to use the facilities?
- A PCC ID is required to enter the Fitness Center (Get your PCC ID from Enrollment Services).
- Facility Recreation Sticker is required for entry and use of the facility (See PE/Athletic Facilities Staff).
- Users must sign in on the open rec sign-in sheet upon entry to the Fitness Center.
- A PCC activity waiver form is needed prior to participating in open recreation. These forms are available at the front desk.
Fees
Present your validated PCC ID to the PE/Athletic Facilities staff and provide proof of enrollment in at least one-credit PCC PE class or the equivalent cost in CEU or Community Education classes.
Students not enrolled in PE classes must pay the current PE facility use fee at Student Account Services and present proof of payment at the PE/Athletic Facilities Office (HT 114).

Lockers
Lockers are available for the term. Please present your class schedule to provide proof of enrollment in at least one-credit PCC PE class to staff in the PE/Athletic Facilities Office (HT 114, first floor) as well as your student/employee ID to receive a basket in the locker room for the term. For those not enrolled in a PE class, please pay the current? PE facility use fee and present proof of payment.
The west side of Sylvania’s Health Technology (HT West) Building will close November 15 as construction begins on the next Phase of the renovation of the HT Building. Students, Faculty, and Staff can utilize the Locker Rooms for the first eight weeks of Fall Term 2024.? However, please remove all personal items from the Locker Room no later than Friday, November 15, 2024. Temporary changing rooms and lockers will be located on the first floor of HT East, near the stairs. However, there will not be any shower facilities available after November 15.? We apologize for this inconvenience.
