Public Safety

Every year evacuation drills are conducted at least twice college-wide. This helps to ensure integrated safety equipment works properly and that students, faculty, and staff are familiar with emergency notification methods and response procedures in the event of an emergency. Notification methods (alerts and warnings)

When potentially hazardous situations occur, the college community will be notified using integrated equipment that incorporates both audio and visual cues so that critical information is both easily and equitably accessible.

Evacuation teams

Due to legal and safety concerns, the decision was made to dissolve evacuation teams. To all those who served as Building Coordinators and Floor Monitors, we greatly appreciate your time and commitment to PCC.
