The primary mission of the Media Services department is to provide support for audiovisual technology in the classroom.
In addition, we support live and online events, conference rooms, gallery exhibitions, digital signage, and other services related to audiovisual technology.
Media Services is part of Information Technology and works with Instructional Support, Library,?Media Production, and Accessible Ed & Disability Resources

Services
Media Services can be requested in the following ways:

- Equipment and/or assistance for onsite and hybrid classes or events: Fill out and submit our?Audio-Visual Equipment Request?form.
- Classroom support: Contact the?Service Desk?at?971-722-4400.??They will evaluate support issues and contact technicians.
- Online event support: Fill out and submit our?Online Event Request form for events that will be entirely online.? Media Services has licensing for both a Webinar account that supports up to 1000 participants, and a Meeting account that supports 500.? We can assist in the setup of a large-scale online event.
- Upgrading or installing audiovisual technology: Project requests (equipment installs, requires funding) please contact the?IT Project Management Office.
