CEU3369 AAPC Medical Coding B Online
Training for all areas of physician coding, including Anesthesia, Surgery, and Ancillary procedure services using AAPC Curriculum. Please note: students also need CEU 3368 for Office procedures, Evaluation and Management and ICD-10-CM coding. Both courses employ a modular design with live, on line lectures; course assignment work with mock exams based on CPC certification exam. Combined, the classes include enough information to pass the CPC certification test.
AAPC Medical Coding B (CEU 3369) covers training for coding Anesthesia, Surgery, Radiology and Pathology services using AAPC Curriculum. Employs a modular design with live, on line lectures; course assignment work with mock exams based on CPC certification exam. Please note: this class alone will not give you enough material to pass the CPT Certification Exam. Students also need AAPC Medical Coding A, CEU 3368.
Pre-requisite: Anatomy & Physiology for Coders. Text(s) required.
Online courses require that students have basic to intermediate computer savvy, and are skilled in personal discipline, task organization and time mgmt. You should expect to invest a minimum of 2/3 hrs of study for every hour of lecture in order to be successful in this course.
