The Herbal Healing Module will focus on Materia Medica (study of specific herb properties), Herbal Energetics, Herbal Preparations, Plant Chemistry, Chinese and Ayurvedic herbalism, Modern Phytotherapy, the Digestive and Cardiovascular systems and Integrative Healing: Aromatherapy and Homeopathy.

Gain the education required to become a Professional Herbalist, with the option to become certified by the American Herbalist Guild! Learn from our expert faculty about herbs, including Ayurveda, Chinese, and Western herbal properties and remedies and develop your own herbalism expertise. Class supports beginners, as well as professionals seeking to expand their knowledge of herbs.

Course meets via Zoom each Wednesday at two different times, as noted on webpage; the same material is covered each session (recordings available). Instructor also holds office hours for questions.

This course is one of three courses required to earn the Herbalism Professional Certificate. Terms can be completed in any order.

Course Awards 45 CEU Hours. Booklist emailed after registration.
